The Echo911 Active Call display provides a live view of ongoing and recently handled calls by our Public Safety Dispatch Center. This includes emergencies and non-emergency situations for our shared, consolidated, and unified public safety dispatch customers. However, some agencies have opted out, and their data is not included in this consolidated reporting system. Additionally, this display does not include agencies that use their own internal CAD system. On average, this data represents about 60% of our daily call volume and service load.
